• La spedizione viene effettuata direttamente dalla fabbrica in Cina.
  
• Le console sono dotate dell'ultima versione del firmware disponibile al momento.
  
• Le spese di spedizione e di importazione sono incluse, pagherai solo il prezzo indicato.
  
• Il numero di tracciamento viene inviato non appena la console viene spedita e può essere monitorato sia sul nostro sito web che sulle piattaforme dei corrieri.
  
• Prima della spedizione, il tempo medio di elaborazione è di 24-48 ore, ma potrebbe essere prolungato in caso di carenza di scorte, rifornimento da parte del produttore o impatto sulla logistica.
  
• Puoi sottoscrivere l'Assicurazione Consegna al 100% per beneficiare di una spedizione sostitutiva garantita in caso di mancata consegna dovuta a smarrimento o furto certificato dal corriere.
  
• In conformità con la legislazione europea, puoi restituire il tuo prodotto per la sostituzione o il rimborso entro un termine regolamentare di 14 giorni.

The usual website delivery time (7-15 business days) does not apply to pre-orders. Shipment in the month following the order is possible but not guaranteed; the delay can extend to 2 or 3 months if production quantities are insufficient.

The delivery date depends on 3 factors:
- the manufacturer's ability to meet demand during the launch phase.
- available quantities by model (certain colors or versions are produced in greater quantity).
- the order date, which assigns a position on the waiting list.

In all cases, allow a minimum of 3 weeks between placing the order and reception, starting from the date the manufacturer begins centralized shipments.

Two customers who ordered on the same day may receive their console on different dates if the color/model is different, as shipping waves are grouped by models of the same type.

In case of a late order or if availability is lower than demand, no guarantee of reception before the end-of-year holidays can be provided.

Whenever possible, we will provide delivery information and schedules based on the order date as soon as the manufacturer is able to communicate them.
