Are the consoles available in my language?

Yes. All our consoles run on Android and are available in the language of your choice. The interface language is easily set from the console's Android settings.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Revolut...). Payment in installments is available via PayPal and Klarna, subject to eligibility. All transactions are secure.

What are the delivery times?

Times vary depending on the model and the shipping method. For available consoles, allow 7-15 business days before shipping. For pre-orders, the estimated time is shown on each product page, along with the current batch and the corresponding shipping month. All consoles are produced in limited quantities, with specifications that change regularly.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly from your DOCK & PLAY customer account, under "My orders".

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you reserve a model before it is available. Orders are processed in batches, in the order they arrive. The estimated time is shown on the product page and updated with each new batch. Your payment is taken at the time of order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Under European withdrawal rights, you can cancel your order until it ships, at no cost and without giving a reason. The request is made directly from your customer account.

What warranty do you offer?

All DOCK & PLAY products benefit from the European legal guarantee of conformity (2 years). Our customer service is handled directly by DOCK & PLAY, and we deal with the manufacturers if needed. We do not provide repair or spare-part installation.

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. In accordance with European regulations, the return request is made directly from your customer account, under “My orders”. The refund is processed within 14 days after the returned product is received.

What is the Pack?

The Pack is DOCK & PLAY's preferential offer: a console, access to official and third-party accessories, and services such as delivery insurance. A sliding discount applies: the more you complete your setup, the better the deal.
