A break to serve you better


In order to resolve the inconveniences currently observed in several cases of delivery delays and to once again guarantee reliable deadlines, we are carrying out a two-week logistics pause on shipments from Monday, October 6, 2025 .

The goal is simple: give us time to regularize all pending orders and readjust our catalog for greater reliability and responsiveness. You will gain shorter and more transparent deadlines, as well as enhanced monitoring which will also allow better communication from our team.

Orders placed before 09/10/25 They will be treated and honored. No one is forgotten.
Delays experienced We offer systematically compensation for any unusual delay.
New orders from 9/10/25 Shipping will be temporarily suspended for two weeks. The usual delivery time will then apply from the time of shipment (7 to 10 business days for items shipped from China, 3 to 5 business days for shipments from Europe).

No customer is left behind, every case is treated seriously and resolved.
