Pre-orders

The standard delivery time for the site (7-15 business days) does NOT apply to pre-orders.
Pre-order console reservations are centralized by manufacturers with a global waiting list.
The shipping schedule changes according to the quantities produced.
Consoles are shipped directly from China.
Allow a MINIMUM of 3 weeks before reception.
The most requested models may require up to 2 months of waiting.

The usual site delivery time (7-15 business days) does not apply to pre-orders.

Delivery date depends on 3 factors:
- the manufacturer's ability to meet demand during the launch phase.
- the quantities available depending on the model (some colors or versions are produced in larger quantities).
- the order date which assigns a position on the waiting list.

In all cases, allow a minimum of 3 weeks between placing the order and reception, starting from the date of the beginning of shipments centralized by the manufacturer.

Two customers who placed an order on the same day may receive their console on different dates if the color/model is different, as shipping waves are grouped by models of the same type.

In case of late order or if availabilities are lower than demand, no guarantee of reception before the end of year holidays can be assured.

When possible, we will provide information and delivery schedule according to the order date as soon as the manufacturer is able to communicate them.

DOCK & PLAY disclaims all responsibility for misunderstanding and will not respond to any request for "delay", only the manufacturer is fully in control of the delivery schedule.

Pack formulas are compatible with pre-order consoles, you benefit from DOCK & PLAY exclusives and can choose the accessories accompanying the console.

It is possible to pay for the purchase in several installments with PayPal 4X and Klarna (new).
