The delivery date depends on 3 factors:
- the manufacturer's ability to meet demand during the launch phase.
- the quantities available depending on the model (some colours or versions are produced in larger quantities).
- the order date which assigns a position on the waiting list.

In all cases, allow a minimum of 3 weeks between placing your order and receiving it, starting from the date of the start of centralized shipments by the manufacturer.

Two customers who placed an order on the same day may receive their console on different dates if the color/model is different, because the shipping waves are grouped into models of the same type.

In case of late order or if availability is less than demand, no guarantee of receipt before the end-of-year holidays can be assured.

Where possible, we will provide delivery information and schedules based on the order date as soon as the manufacturer is able to communicate them.

DOCK & PLAY declines all responsibility in case of misunderstanding and will not respond to any requests for "delay", only the manufacturer is fully in control of the delivery schedule.
