New Delivery (Free)
In the event of loss or theft of your package, the law protects you. We acknowledge your claim and open an investigation with the carrier. After the investigation is complete, which may take between 3 and 14 days, if the loss, theft, or damage is confirmed, you will receive a replacement shipment or a refund, according to your preference. If a replacement shipment is requested, we will send you a new item free of charge, identical to the original order, or with modifications of your choice, according to our standard delivery terms.
