The site's usual delivery time (7-15 working days) does not apply to pre-orders .
The delivery date depends on 3 factors:
- the manufacturer's ability to meet demand during the launch phase.
- the quantities available depending on the model (certain colors or versions are produced in larger quantities).
- the order date which assigns a position on the waiting list.
In all cases, allow a minimum of 3 weeks between placing the order and receiving it, from the date the manufacturer begins centralized shipments.
Two customers who ordered on the same day may receive their console on different dates if the color/model is different, because the shipment waves are grouped into models of the same type.
In the event of a late order or if availability is lower than demand, no guarantee of receipt before the end-of-year holidays can be guaranteed.
Where possible, we will provide delivery information and schedules based on the order date as soon as the manufacturer is able to provide them.
DOCK & PLAY declines all responsibility in the event of misunderstanding and will not respond to any request for "delay", only the manufacturer has full control over the delivery schedule.
