The usual website delivery time (7-15 business days) does not apply to pre-orders. Shipment in the month following the order is possible but not guaranteed; the delay can extend to 2 or 3 months if production quantities are insufficient.

The delivery date depends on 3 factors:
- the manufacturer's ability to meet demand during the launch phase.
- available quantities by model (certain colors or versions are produced in greater quantity).
- the order date, which assigns a position on the waiting list.

In all cases, allow a minimum of 3 weeks between placing the order and reception, starting from the date the manufacturer begins centralized shipments.

Two customers who ordered on the same day may receive their console on different dates if the color/model is different, as shipping waves are grouped by models of the same type.

In case of a late order or if availability is lower than demand, no guarantee of reception before the end-of-year holidays can be provided.

Whenever possible, we will provide delivery information and schedules based on the order date as soon as the manufacturer is able to communicate them.
