The usual website delivery time (7-15 business days) does not apply to pre-orders. Shipment in the month following the order is possible but not guaranteed; the delay can extend to 2 or 3 months if production quantities are insufficient.

The delivery date depends on 3 factors:
- the manufacturer's ability to meet demand during the launch phase.
- available quantities by model (some colors or versions are produced in larger quantities).
- the order date, which assigns a position on the waiting list.


Two customers who placed an order on the same day may receive their console on different dates if the color/model is different, as shipping waves are grouped by model type.

In case of a late order or if availability is lower than demand, no guarantee of reception before the end-of-year holidays can be provided.

When possible, we will provide delivery information and planning based on the order date as soon as the manufacturer is able to communicate them.


DOCK & PLAY disclaims all responsibility in case of misunderstanding and will not respond to any requests for "delays"; only the manufacturer is fully in charge of the delivery schedule.

The Pack formulas are compatible with pre-ordered consoles; you benefit from DOCK & PLAY exclusives and can choose the accessories accompanying the console.

It is possible to pay for your purchase in installments with PayPal 4X and Klarna (new).
