Refurbished items are not returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a hardware or software failure that was not noticed by our teams during reconditioning. The buyer has 7 days to report any anomaly, after this period the item cannot be taken into account and is considered accepted as is.
Items are offered in the most satisfactory condition possible, either grade A or B. If original parts are missing or if modifications have been made (e.g., installation of a screen protector), this information is indicated on the product sheet.
Shipping costs are included, you only pay the displayed price, unless the purchase price is lower than the minimum amount to benefit from free shipping.
The tracking number is sent as soon as the console is shipped and can be tracked on our website as well as on the carriers' platforms.
Before shipping, the average processing time is 24-48 hours, which may be extended in the event of stock shortages, manufacturer restocking or circumstances impacting logistics.
