To track the delivery status of your package, enter the tracking number received upon shipment confirmation, or your order number in the form #DAPXXXX (replace the Xs with the required numbers).
Average delivery time*
- 7-15 business days for shipments from Asia (neo retro consoles)
- 2-7 working days for shipments from Europe (arcade and refurbished sections).
*For delivery to Europe.
After ordering, your tracking number is usually available within 2-5 days.
Processing before shipment
The processing time before shipping is generally between 24 and 72 hours and can be extended to 7 days in the event of restocking of a model or variant or during periods of high demand (holidays) or holidays in the production countries (Golden Week). The processing time can also be extended in the case of a pre-order (reservation of a product before its official release and shipping subject to the manufacturer's production schedule).
Compensation in case of delay
In the case of ordinary delivery, excluding pre-orders or the special period mentioned above, DOCK & PLAY undertakes to pay you compensation corresponding to the shipping costs, in the event that the added delivery window is exceeded.
This flat-rate compensation is €5 for "Classic" consoles (retro consoles) and €10 for "Advance" consoles (retro consoles + Android). It does not apply to items in the "Arcade" sections or accessories.

100% insurance: we cover the loss or theft of packages
In the event of loss or theft of a package certified by the local carrier with written proof, DOCK & PLAY will cover 100% of the cost of a new shipment with additional security by countersignature or delivery to a relay point, if the "100% INSURANCE" option was purchased when ordering.
